LumiPoints reads your shop data to show you your real profit. Here is how that connection is kept safe and what we will never do with your numbers.

Read-only by default

You connect Etsy and Printify through their own official sign-in (OAuth) — you approve access on their websites and never type your Etsy or Printify password into LumiPoints. By default the connection is read-only: we read orders, fees, and costs to build your P&L and change nothing in your shop.

The one exception is the optional Repricer. If you turn it on and approve a new price, LumiPoints writes that price back to Etsy — and only then. Nothing is written without your explicit action.

Encryption

• Everything between your browser and LumiPoints travels over an encrypted connection (TLS).
• The access tokens that link your Etsy and Printify accounts are stored encrypted (AES-256), never in plain text.
• If you sign in with a password, we store only a secure one-way hash of it — nobody, including us, can read the original. You can also use "Continue with Google".

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not benchmark or share your numbers with other sellers — other sellers never see your numbers, and you never see theirs.
• We do not use your data to train AI. LumiPoints has no built-in AI; if you connect your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible tool), it runs on your side, read-only, and your data is not used to train anything.
• We do not scrape Etsy or use browser extensions — all data comes through the official APIs.

Your control

• Disconnect your Etsy or Printify shop at any time in settings — access is cut off immediately.
• Export your orders, costs, and profit to CSV or Excel whenever you want. No lock-in.
• Delete your account and we remove your data; Printify-sourced data is deleted within 30 days, per Printify's rules. See our Privacy Policy.
