Who we are

LumiPoints ("LumiPoints", "we") is an analytics tool for Etsy and Printify sellers, operated by Maksym Horinov, based in Ontario, Canada. Contact: hello@lumipoints.com · +1 (647) 793 9495. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we process

• Account data — your email address and password hash when you create an account.
• Shop data — when you connect your Etsy and Printify accounts via their official OAuth APIs (read-only by default), we read your orders, listings, fees, ad charges, product and shipping costs, and payment ledger entries in order to compute your profit and loss.
• Buyer data inside your orders — order records from your shop can include buyer names, locations, and order details. We process this data only to match costs and fees to orders and show you your own numbers. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
• Billing data — payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your card details.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data to train AI models. LumiPoints has no built-in AI; if you connect your own AI assistant via MCP, it reads your data on your side, read-only.
• We do not benchmark or share your numbers with other sellers.
• We do not write anything to your shop without your explicit action (the optional Repricer applies price changes only after you approve them).

How your data is protected

Connections run over TLS. Your Etsy and Printify access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256). Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

When you disconnect a shop or delete your account, we remove the associated shop data. Data sourced from Printify is deleted within 30 days, in line with Printify's requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@lumipoints.com.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, object to processing of, and erase your personal data. Write to hello@lumipoints.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

The lumipoints.com landing site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. The app uses strictly necessary cookies for signing in.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers to run LumiPoints (hosting, billing via Paddle.com). A current list is available on request at hello@lumipoints.com.
