Terms of Service

1. The service

LumiPoints, operated by Maksym Horinov, based in Ontario, Canada, is an analytics tool that connects your Etsy and Printify accounts through their official APIs and computes your operating profit and loss. It is provided as a web application at app.lumipoints.com.

2. Your account and your shop

You must own or be authorized to manage the shops you connect.
Access is read-only by default. The optional Repricer writes price changes back to Etsy only after you preview and approve them; you are responsible for prices you choose to apply.
You can disconnect your shops or delete your account at any time.

3. Relationship with Etsy and Printify

LumiPoints is an independent application. It is not endorsed or certified by Etsy and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or certified by Printify. Use of the Etsy API is subject to Etsy's API Terms of Use; use of the Printify API is subject to Printify's terms.

ETSY'S API AND ANY DATA OBTAINED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM ETSY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ETSY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LUMIPOINTS OR FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON DATA ACCESSED THROUGH ITS API.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment, taxes, and invoicing. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in one click from your account settings at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The free trial (14 days, no card) and the Free plan carry no payment obligation.

6. Accuracy of numbers; not financial advice

LumiPoints computes figures from the data your connected platforms return. Where a cost is missing we flag it rather than estimate it. Figures are provided for information only: LumiPoints is not financial, tax, or accounting advice, and you should verify numbers before making business or tax decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other sellers' data, resell access without permission, or use the service in violation of Etsy's or Printify's terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumiPoints is provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
