Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay
Every paid feature can be evaluated before any charge: the trial gives full Growth access for 14 days with no card, and the Free plan shows your real per-order profit indefinitely. We would rather you check the numbers first than need a refund later.
Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan in one click from your account settings — no emails, no retention calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it simply does not renew. Your data remains exportable (CSV/Excel) before and after cancellation.
Refunds
- Billing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
- If something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or the service was materially broken for you — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
- Refund requests: email support@lumipoints.com with the email you signed up with. We respond within 2 business days.
- Refund window: request a refund within 14 days of a charge. We generally do not pro-rate a paid period after it has started, since you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends — but if you were charged in error, we refund in full regardless of the window.
EU/UK consumers
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
